Mr. Zuerker serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he teaches Workers' Compensation. He is also a member of the Arkansas Professional Practicum Faculty, Immaculate Conception School Board and served on the Board of Directors for Western Arkansas Legal Services from 2000 to 2001.
