Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon and Galchus, P.C., is excited to announce it has formed an "of counsel" affiliate relationship with the national labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete, LLP. This affiliation expands CGWG’s nationwide reach and allows the two firms to work collaboratively in providing the highest level of service to both firms’ clients.
CGWG attorneys will help serve Constangy clients when they have legal needs in Arkansas and surrounding states. Constangy’s nationwide capabilities will be a valuable resource for CGWG clients with national needs – particularly in California where Constangy has established a significant presence over the past four years.
“This collaboration is a great fit for our firm and our clients," said Carolyn Witherspoon, director and founding partner at CGWG. "Many of our clients have interests across the country and will benefit from access to the wide network of experienced attorneys that Constangy has to offer. It makes us stronger, giving us the resources and presence of a larger firm while maintaining the flexibility and focus that have defined our brand in Arkansas for more than 20 years.”
"CGWG and Constangy have similar philosophies – we share the same commitment to providing outstanding service, and we both focus on building teams of high-quality, diverse attorneys who really understand what clients need in today’s rapidly changing workplaces," said Neil H. Wasser, chair of Constangy’s executive committee. "Arkansas is a market well positioned for growth, and we’re excited to be able to offer these new resources for our clients with interests in the region.”
