LAURA DYER JOHNSON practices in the areas of estate planning, elder law, business law, and real estate law. Laura’s practice initially focused on real estate law, as she represented title insurance underwriters and their insureds and agents in courts across the state of Arkansas. In expanding her practice areas, Laura has continued representing clients in real estate related matters and has used her knowledge of real estate law as a foundation for her work in probate, estate planning and elder law. She has completed training with nationally recognized organizations to hone her knowledge and skill in the areas of Medicaid and Veterans’ Benefits planning. Laura has successfully assisted families at all stages of life who wanted to plan for the future; from business succession planning and basic estate planning, to assisting families as they transition a loved-one to long-term care. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Central Arkansas Estate Council.
