PHILLIP G. TREAT practices primarily in the areas of Civil Litigation, Employer-Management, Labor-Management, Municipalities, and Wage and Hour. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law (2018), where he served as Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Food Law & Policy and represented the school in Washington D.C. as a member of its ABA NAAC moot court team. He also holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas (2015), and a minor in Legal Studies. Prior to joining CGWG, Phillip completed judicial clerkships for the Honorable Judge Lee Rudofsky of U.S. District Court’s Eastern District of Arkansas and the Honorable Associate Justice Rhonda Wood of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Additionally, Phillip served as law clerk for the Solicitor General of the State of Arkansas, the Attorney General of the State of Arkansas, and multiple prominent Central Arkansas law firms.
