OSHA Issues New Workplace Safety Guidance Regarding COVID-19
On January 29, OSHA released, "Protecting Workers: Guidance on Mitigating and Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 in the Workplace." The National Law Review has posted a breakdown/summary of this most recent guidance, which is only advisory in nature and imposes no new legal obligations on employers.
