UPCOMING WEBINAR | EEOC Charges of Discrimination (April 29, 2021)
Updated: Apr 7, 2021
It’s easy to panic when, as an employer or an HR professional, you receive a Notice of a Charge of Discrimination from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). While never a desirable occurrence, there are actions you can take to strengthen your organization, educate your workforce, and make sure policies are in place to effectively communicate your position to your employees and, if it becomes necessary, to the EEOC. In this one-hour webinar, CGWG attorney Alex Clark will walk you through the steps to lessen your chances of receiving an EEOC charge and to protect your company or organization when a charge does arise.
A Q&A session will be included to answer your questions.
