ROSS E. SIMPSON practices primarily in the areas of management-side employment law, civil litigation, and wage and hour law.  Before joining the Firm, Ross served for over four years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan O. Hickey, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.  Ross received his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as Executive Editor of the Arkansas Law Review.  During law school, Ross also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Susan Webber Wright, Senior District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
